Eligibility for Returns
- You can return most new, unworn, and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must have original tags and packaging intact.
- Final sale or discounted items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at jgcrampton@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return shipping address.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll replace the item at no additional cost.
Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as undergarments or face coverings) cannot be returned.
